We invest alongside management teams and other investors. Aligned interests are, in our experience, the clearest predictor of a lasting outcome which is why we take a long-term perspective on value creation rather than optimising for the short term.
Depending on what the situation calls for, we can take an active role as board member alongside a management team to help create value throughout the journey, or provide capital on a deal-by-deal basis for buy-outs and growth investments.
